From the Mountaintop
             The purpose of the California Catalog will be to provide a catalog of locations and cultural artifacts of the Great State of California, as a means to establish, promote, and preserve a united California identity. The secondary purpose of this work is to provide free commentary on current topics of and related to the State of California.

Items published in the California Catalog will be:
  1. Californian.
  2. Relevant to the legacy of California.
  3. High quality or low cost.
  4. Unique and interesting to the Californian.
  5. Easily reachable for the resident of California.
